1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 5-8 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

We offer standard shipping on all US orders. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

3. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65. Orders below $65 will be charged a shipping fee at checkout.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at myaromaalchemist@gmail.com with your order number.
