1. FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

•  All boxed and factory-sealed fragrances

•  All discounted, sale, or promotional items

Please note: We do not offer exchanges.

2. FREE RETURNS - UNBOXED / NON-SEALED FRAGRANCES

We offer FREE return shipping within 30 days for all unboxed or non-sealed fragrances.

Conditions for free return:

•  Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

•  Bottle must have at least 90% of product remaining

•  Must be in original bottle, undamaged

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

You have 2 easy options:

Option A - Auto Return Service (Fastest):

1.   Log in to your account at myaromaalchemist.com

2.   Find your order and click "Request Return"

3.   Select the item(s) and provide a reason for your return

4.   Once your request is reviewed and approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with your free prepaid shipping label and next steps

Option B - Email Us:

Email us at myaromaalchemist@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you your free prepaid return label within 36 hours.

 

RETURN SHIPPING LIABILITY

Aroma Alchemist is not liable for any return packages that may become lost, damaged, or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 

4. REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED 

We take full responsibility for any wrong item sent.

If your order arrived with the wrong item, please contact us at myaromaalchemist@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. Each case will be reviewed individually. Please note that replacements or refunds are not issued immediately — we will follow up with our decision within 3-5 business days of receiving your claim.

6. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us at myaromaalchemist@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

Each case will be reviewed individually. Once we have assessed the damage, we will follow up with next steps. Please note that refunds or replacements are not issued immediately — we will contact you with our decision within 3-5 business days of receiving your claim.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, Aroma Alchemist ships within the United States only. If you are located outside the US and wish to place an order, please contact us at myaromaalchemist@gmail.com before purchasing.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, self-service, at no charge.

How to cancel:

1.  Log in to your account at myaromaalchemist.com

2.  Go to your recent orders

3.  Click "Cancel Order" - if it's within 1 hour, it will be canceled automatically and refunded instantly
